Dame Diana Crossan
Chair - An esteemed career in the private, public and community sectors including roles as a probation officer, and senior manager in Justice, Education, EEO, and AMP. She was our Retirement Commissioner for 10 years and more recently the CE of Wellington Free Ambulance. Currently she chairs private and NGO boards.

Teresa Wall
Trustee - (Te Rawara, Te Aupōuri) Over thirty years experience working at all levels of our public health system, from renal nurse to Deputy Director-General Ministry of Health as well as positions on DHB and Iwi health boards.

Trustee - Previously, Director Assurance Standards at the External Reporting Board and Director Quality Assurance at the Office of the Auditor-General. Extensive auditing background in the public, private, and community sectors.
