Our Team

Chair - An esteemed career in the private, public and community sectors including roles as a probation officer, and senior manager in Justice, Education, EEO, and AMP. She was our Retirement Commissioner for 10 years and more recently the CE of Wellington Free Ambulance. Currently she chairs private and NGO boards.

Trustee - (Te Rawara, Te Aupōuri) Over thirty years experience working at all levels of our public health system, from renal nurse to Deputy Director-General Ministry of Health as well as positions on DHB and Iwi health boards.

Trustee - Previously, Director Assurance Standards at the External Reporting Board and Director Quality Assurance at the Office of the Auditor-General. Extensive auditing background in the public, private, and community sectors.

Trustee - Social worker and mental health manager here and in Scotland before serving as the Executive Director of the J R McKenzie trust for over 20 years.

Trustee - Retired barrister and public law practitioner in Wellington with extensive experience in public sectors and not-for-profit governance.

Centre Psychiatrist - Consulting psychiatrist and emeritus Professor of Psychological Medicine University of Otago with over forty years experience working in the public and private sectors here and in Canada.

Centre Director - Author ‘Out of the Woods - A Journey Through Depression and Anxiety’, mental health advocate and founder of the Community Law Centre.
